YES, WE DO! WHILE WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE A DEDICATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PARTNER, WE PERSONALLY COORDINATE THE PACKAGING AND DELIVERY PROCESS WITH THE SELLER, TO ENSURE YOUR HANDMADE PRODUCTS REACH YOU SAFELY AND SECURELY.

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?

SINCE ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE WITH CARE, IT MAY TAKE 3-6 WEEKS TO CRAFT YOUR ORDER. ONCE COMPLETED, WE WILL ARRANGE FOR SHIPPING, WHICH TYPICALLY TAKES [1-21 DAYS] DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR MESSAGE WITH UPDATES ABOUT YOUR ORDER STATUS.

10. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. IF YOU DESIRE TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION, PLEASE CONTACT US AT [SALES@SCORR.CO] TO DISCUSS A PROCESS THAT WILL BE SUBJECT TO PLATFORM AND SELLER POLICIES.

CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED IF THE ORDER HAS NOT YET ENTERED PRODUCTION OR SHIPPING. DUE TO THE HANDMADE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE FOLLOW A STRICT NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY.
